💳 Pricing & Payments
All products listed on Pinspired Closet are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update product pricing, offers, and availability without prior notice.
Promotions, discount codes, or seasonal offers may be limited to certain products or time periods. Using multiple offers on a single order may not be permitted unless explicitly stated.
We accept payments through secure gateways:
~ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
~ Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)
~ Net Banking via major Indian banks
All transactions are encrypted and processed via third-party payment platforms that comply with RBI and cybersecurity standards. Pinspired Closet does not store any payment information directly.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
📦 Order Fulfilment & Shipping
Each order placed with Pinspired Closet is processed with care and attention to detail. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Our typical order processing time is 1–2 business days, and products are shipped shortly thereafter.
Shipping Timelines:
~ Metro cities: 3–5 business days
~ Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
~ Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days (approx.)
We ship through reliable courier partners who provide tracking and doorstep delivery. A tracking ID will be provided once the order is dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, or lack of response to courier calls, may result in delayed or failed deliveries. If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, reshipment charges may apply.
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier delays beyond our control — but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving such issues.
🔁 Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If a payment fails or is duplicated, we will process a refund after internal verification, within 5–7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
~ Makeup or skincare products
~Intimate wear or undergarments
~ Accessories like earrings, brushes, sponges, etc.
In the rare case where you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
For eligible returns (e.g., clothing with sizing issues), the item must be:
~In its original condition with tags and packaging intact
~ Returned within the timeline specified by our support team
~ Unused and unworn
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
